At Eye CatchersBling, each item is carefully designed and produced. Please review this policy thoroughly before completing your purchase, as it governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility
Returns must meet all of the following conditions to be considered:
- Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging (if applicable)
EyeCatchersBling reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order apparel
- School, team, alumni, or event apparel
- Limited edition or exclusive drops
- Sale or clearance items
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be resold and are therefore final.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only
- Store credit does not expire
- Refunds are not issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
All returns are inspected prior to approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted only if inventory is available
- Exchanges apply to non-custom items only
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless otherwise stated
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of the issue are required
- Failure to provide photos may result in denial of the claim
Once verified, EyeCatchersBling will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Sizing & Color Disclaimer
- Sizing charts are provided for reference only
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size
- Color tones may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, or printing methods
- These variations are not considered defects
Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
- EyeCatchersBling is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees
Limitation of Liability
EyeCatchersBling shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Allergic reactions or misuse of apparel products
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item only.
